The company ST “M and B – Yanko Mitev” was established in 1995. The company began life as a clinic for companion animals. Over the next year the company expanded its activities and opened a veterinary pharmacy. In 1997 the company opens and registers a wholesale warehouse for trading in veterinary medicinal preparations (VMP) in the town of Yambol.

To date, the company has opened pharmacies in the towns of Elhovo, Bolyarovo and Straldzha, a wholesale warehouse for trading in VMPs in the city of Sofia; and the following stock-breeding projects: a rabbit farm and a sheep farm in the town of Elhovo and in the village of Tenevo.
